Restorative Yoga for Soothing the Nervous System
Join me for a gentle, restorative practice designed to soothe the nervous system. Trauma, stress and overwhelm dysregulate, leaving us feeling off balance and even uncomfortable in the body. Restorative yoga can help regulate, bringing the nervous system back into balance. This 75-minute session will include restorative forms, breathwork and meditation. Come to slow down, deepen wellbeing and offer yourself some sweet self-care. No prior experience or special props required. Bring your mat (or towel), a blanket and pillow or bolster.
